Personal Training
Personal training is available to be booked directly with Chief Instructor John Cousseris. These sessions are a great way to fast track and accelerate your progress, and improve on any specific techniques or areas of the syllabus that you need help with .
The focus of these sessions is YOU, and to get YOU to your personal best!

Prices for personal training and small group sessions are based on 45 minute sessions as follows:
1-on-1: $65
1-on-2: $100
1-on-3: $130
1:on-4: $150

You can also book a pack of 5 or a pack of 10 sessions to save more!
